All digital recipe files and physical recipe kits are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once purchased, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the recipe or any issues encountered. By purchasing a digital recipe file or physical recipe kit, you agree to these terms and understand that no refunds or returns will be granted.
2. Copyright Protection:
All You Need Recipes LLC. is the sole proprietor and distributor of the digital recipe files for purchase on this website. All digital recipe files are protected by copyright law, All You Need Recipes LLC retains all rights to the content. Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited. The digital recipe files are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes. The purchase of the digital recipe file does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property rights to the customer.
3. No Guarantee:

8. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute arising from the purchase or use of a digital recipe file, both the purchaser and the seller agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Any party wishing to initiate a dispute must provide written notice to the other party outlining the nature of the dispute and proposed resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within one month, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed. If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitrator will be chosen by All You Need Recipes, LLC, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties. Any legal action arising from or related to the purchase or use of the digital recipe file shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. By purchasing the digital recipe file, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this dispute resolution clause.
9. Cottage Food Operation:
Our products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food and safety regulations.
