1. We currently ship exclusively within the state of Florida. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of Florida will not be processed. 

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. During peak times, such as holidays or special occasions, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. ​

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: We use a flat shipping rate for all orders, which will be displayed at checkout. At this time, we only use standard USPS shipping. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location. Expect 5-7 days for delivery after shipping.​

4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package's journey.​

5. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. ​
